Zablocki Senior Center is located in the heart of the Polish Village in Toledo, OH. Since 1978, the Center has served seniors and the surrounding community by offering services to members and space to hold community events.
The Center hours are 7:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.
Currently, the Center offers the following on and off-site services to it's seniors (ability to provide services is contingent on staff availability)
Chores (lawn mowing, snow shoveling, etc.)
Escorted Transportation (e.g. to the store, doctors, etc.)
Transportation (to and from the center)
Health Assessments
Exercise
Socialization
Instrumental, emotional, and social support
Community Presenters
Recreational Activities

The Center serves hot, delicious meals each day the Center is open. A $2.50 donation is asked for each meal.
In addition to the daily activities, members can enjoy day trips and holiday parties as well!
